We've got 31 days to set our goals and hold each other accountable for reaching them! This challenge will consist of  a 4 week fitness plan and individual macros. 

 

You will be added to a private Facebook group where we will encourage and support each other and post our achievements.

A winner will be decided on April first and will receive a 4 week training plan to gear up for summer!
